Our go-to phrase for expressing thanks or relief, like when you finally find that lost earring or the kids are napping at the same time!
ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts)
Those pesky negative thoughts that sneak in uninvited and undermine our peace.
Definition: Negative, automatic thoughts that occur in response to certain situations or stressors. These thoughts can undermine mental well-being if left unchecked.
Not the creepy-crawly kind! These are those pesky thoughts that pop up and say, "You can't do this!" when you're already feeling overwhelmed. Spotting and squashing these “ANTs” is key to a happier mind! I first heard this term being used by Daniel Amen.
